- Applications are processed in the order received, typically within 2–4 business days depending on income and rental history verification. You will need proof of income (pre-tax income of at least 3× the monthly rent), a photo ID (passports and visas accepted for non-US citizens), and any additional documents requested by your leasing agent. One year of verifiable employment or rental history is required (exceptions may require a co-signer). We obtain a consumer credit report and criminal background check for all applications, and application fees are non-refundable.
